The Alchemy of Intimacy
Where Safe Connection Begins Within
Somatic bodywork in Tallinn -
a space for conscious touch, breath and
nervous system balance
Working with the body is not about fixing, but about allowing.
Through touch, breath and presence,
you reconnect with yourself –
gently, safely and deeply.

What allows the body to release tension
and return to its natural sensitivity?
It may not be new to you that when the body is out of balance,
it affects everything.
Our ability to relate to ourselves and to the world around us.
Our energy and vitality.
It can show up as a loss of motivation,
inaction, numbness, or a sense of inner lifelessness.
This is where somatic bodywork can support you —
bringing you back into connection with your body, your breath, and your nervous system.
The body is always communicating.
The question is whether we are listening
and know how to respond.

This work is not just about relief.
It is a return to movement.
From trauma to tantra
From pain to pleasure
Coming back into the body
For Your pain-free body
When the body holds tension, it cannot be resolved through thinking.
The body needs space, time, and attentive touch
for what has built up to soften, and start to move again.
This work supports you in becoming aware of what your body holds — allowing tension to release, including long-held patterns, easing pain (such as back pain), and restoring balance in the nervous system while deepening your connection with yourself.
Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS) is a body-based breathwork practice that supports the release of stored tension, emotions, and nervous system overwhelm. Through breath, movement, and conscious presence, it creates space for the body to gently return to balance.
Lomi Lomi is a flowing, rhythmic bodywork practice that gently brings you back into your body, soothes the nervous system, and allows tension to release — especially what no longer needs to be held. This is not just a massage. It is an experience where touch is unhurried and non-invasive, creating a safe space where the body can soften and unwind naturally.
Reconnecting with your body’s sensitivity
A space where the body is given permission to feel.
There are moments when the body goes numb.
Not because something is wrong —
but because it has been holding, adapting, or closing for too long.
Through conscious touch, space is created for sensitivity to return —
not through force, but through allowing.
A full-body, body-centered session where touch, breath, and presence come together. It supports deep relaxation, sensitivity, and a more intimate connection with your body — an experience that cannot truly be explained, only felt.
Kashmiri tantric massage is a deeply present, body-based practice that invites you into connection with your body, your emotions, and your natural capacity for pleasure. It offers a safe space where nothing needs to be achieved — the body can soften, release tension, and open in its own time. Within this space, sensitivity, pleasure, and a sense of inner peace often begin to re-emerge — as something that was never lost, only held beneath the surface.
A deep, intimate session of conscious touch that brings together the sensitivity of the body and sexual energy. A space to slow down, open, and experience a greater sense of aliveness in your body — held in safety and presence.

The path to presence leads through the body.
And this is the path
I am here to guide you into.
The body is my passion. And working with it is a true joy.
I believe that healing does not come from fixing, but from allowing.
Through touch, breath, and gentle presence,
I guide people back to their natural body wisdom,
their flow of feeling, and their inner power.
Each session is a unique journey —
gentle, honest, and awakening.
A space where you can feel again, breathe, and simply be.
I work in Tallinn as a somatic bodywork practitioner,
integrating touch, breath, and conscious presence.
